Attractive decor, clean, good parking
Room was overcrowded, take out the two Queens, replace with king, hang TV higher
With breakfast included and a hottub, we enjoyed our stay very much.
nice room, breakfast and location
Front desk was insulting to me upon check in. We had a five pound dog with support papers. They tried to bully us around. I offered to leave but they wanted our money.
We were able to checkin early after a long day!
beds -- decorations
Loved the lodge decor. The room was super clean. Continental breakfast was a great way to start the morning.
I loved all the special decor items in the lobby and the rooms. Pictures of these on the website influenced our decision to stay there.
The room was a little dark - room #100 or 101 on the ground floor.
The staff was great, room was clean and price was excellent! We will stay there again for sure.
The 'old west' ambiance was really fun. The rooms were clean and comfortable... Will be back!
The check in clerk was accommodating , but a bit frazzled... I really wasn't interested in hearing about other guests issues. The breakfast was pretty meh.
Atmosphere and friendliness.
All was good.
Staff was very helpful.
Could use more Parking space.
I liked the rate and the appearance on the website.
Hot tub was half full and dirty. When I asked about it was told to take it up with the owner who denied anything being wrong with it. There were dogs barking at 5 am and the place smelled like candle covered smoke. Breakfast was fake flour garbage and green bananas. Beds were like sleeping on springs and pillows were lumpy.Truth.
While located on a relatively busy street, our room was quiet and the bed fabulous -- best night of sleep I've had in a long time! Bonus if you're not a native and/or have kids: deer come through in the a.m. to graze in their pretty little garden area. :-)
Bath fan is a little noisy but that's pretty standard anywhere but a 4 or 5-star hotel.
Keith was excellent at the desk answering questions and serving us.
